This is a podcast by Miku whose YouTube channel is very popular among Japanese learners. In her podcasts she has many episodes where she interviews Japanese speakers. She also posts the recordings on her YouTube channel, and there are subtitles in Japanese.

Graded readers for extensive reading. There are lots of pictures so it’s easy to follow. Furigana and audio are also available. You can read some of their reading materials online for free.
